Custom Freshie Molds

Turnaround time is 5-7 business days once order is placed. 

Please read important information below: 

Custom Mold Reorder Price ONLY applies once you have ordered/purchased your first initial custom design mold. 

All sales are final on custom orders. We will communicate with you by email prior to shipment, to ensure your custom molds are what you expect to receive. 

Please send SVG or PNG to erinmarietx@gmail.com of what you would like your mold to look like. Once image is received, we will work on 2 mockups of your mold (initial design, and 3d design) for approval. Please check your emails to prevent delays with turnaround.

Once both mockups have been approved by you, your mold will be printed, poured and shipped.

Custom Freshie Mold Designs
Ownership of Design Files and Intellectual Property
By commissioning a custom freshie mold design from Shop Erin Marie, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding intellectual property rights:
Design Ownership
• All STL files, 3D models, and design specifications created by Shop Erin Marie remain the exclusive intellectual property of Shop Erin Marie
• This includes all original design elements, modifications, adaptations, and technical implementations, regardless of whether the initial concept or idea was suggested by the customer
Customer Ideas vs. Design Implementation
• While customers may provide inspiration, concepts, or general ideas for freshie mold designs, the actual design work, technical specifications, and creation of printable files constitutes original creative and technical work by Shop Erin Marie
• Any original artistic elements, technical solutions, dimensional specifications, and design optimizations added during the creation process are proprietary to Shop Erin Marie
Retention of Rights
• Shop Erin Marie retains the right to use, modify, reproduce, and create derivative works from all designs created
• Shop Erin Marie may showcase completed designs in portfolios, marketing materials, and promotional content
• All design files remain the property of Shop Erin Marie and may be offered to other customers at our discretion
No Transfer of Ownership
• Purchase of custom design services does not constitute a transfer of intellectual property rights
• Customers do not acquire ownership of the underlying design, only usage rights as specified above
