Route Protection Shipping Insurance is not a qualifying product. Route is a third-party application, that allows customers to buy shipping insurance for all orders. Route ensures protection of customers shipment in case of lost, stolen, or damaged.

If for any reason the package is returned back to us the customer is responsible for shipping fees to reship the package back out to them. 

STANDARD USPS FIRST CLASS is trackable but does not provide insurance in the event your package is damaged or lost Shop Erin Marie is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. This is not the fastest form of shipping and can be very slow to receive. Please consider priority mail if you need your item sooner.

Priority Mail (Insured up to $50) includes tracking, insured up to $50 and delivery in domestic destination within 1-3 business days. However, it's important to keep in mind that this is not a guaranteed service per USPS. USPS priority mail does not guarantee next day shipping or date-specific delivery service it is just an estimate.

USPS Priority Express is the fastest mail service offered by USPS. It provides guaranteed 1-Day or 2-Day expedited service by 3 p.m. and includes $100 of insurance coverage.

UPS Ground standard shipping option, guaranteed delivery to it's destination in 1-5 business days insured up to $100.

We encourage all buyers to select the proper coverage to guarantee your item(s) are properly covered. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We currently ship only to USA.

Lost or Stolen Packages If you do not receive your package but tracking shows it has been delivered it is the recipients responsibility to make claims on damaged or missing goods via USPS and file a lost package claim. We can not file the claim for you.
